Since 2008, Riesling has played the leading role in our super white field blend “La Signorina”. 17 years of vine age coupled with a magnificent 2021 season compelled us to bottle a small amount of 100% Riesling separately for the first time. 5 clones, 2 from Alsace and 3 from Germany, high density planted on an east face, whole bunch pressed directly to used French oak barriques, wild yeast fermented, no mlf, lees aged for 9 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
