Sourced from our neighbours Pinot Noir vineyard called “Aesctun vineyard” and grown organically by Casa Freschi since 2020. A beautiful east facing amphitheatre planted in 2000, also perched on the highest slopes of the Piccadilly Valley. This is our third bottling from this vineyard from a magnificent, long, cool ripening season. 30% whole bunch/70% whole berry open wild yeast fermented, 21 days maceration, 9 months maturation in old French barriques. It has wonderful perfume, mouth-watering acidity, full flavour and silky, savoury tannins. Drink now to 2038.
