The third release of a Rosato, produced from a distinctive planting of Nebbiolo within our 2 hectare Langhorne Creek vineyard. This is an elegant, delicately perfumed, dry and savoury Rosato with a core of sweet cherry and raspberry fruit flavour and mouthwatering acidity. Hand harvested/whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in old French barriques followed by nine months yeast ageing. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
