Our philosophy is to bottle under this label only when we consider the result to have great complexity, finesse, elegance, purity and potential longevity. 100% chardonnay, it is wild yeast fermented in seasoned French oak barriques and matured on its yeast lees for 10 months before bottling. It has an enticingly complex nose of mandarin, lime, citrus blossom and pine nut. It is rich in flavour with a minerally, creamy texture, wonderfully balanced fresh acidity and a long savoury finish.
