Produced from selected parcels within the 0.9 hectares of Pinot Grigio planted on the Altezza vineyard in 2005. After wild yeast fermentation and nine months maturation sur lie in seasoned French oak barriques, these parcels are carefully blended and bottled young without fining or filtratoin to capture the vibrant fruit, fresh juicy flavour, and opulent texture. The result is a wine with fresh pear, apple, lime, nectarine and grapefruit with a hint of spice, yeast, and nutty complexity in the background. The palate is fresh and lively, with concentrated pear, citrus fruits and a creamy texture supported by crisp, minerally acidity and finishing with excellent length of flavour.
