Our philosophy is to bottle under this label only when we consider the result to have great complexity, finesse, elegance, purity and potential longevity. 100% nebbiolo, it is wild yeast fermented, hand plunged and macerated for six weeks in small open fermenters. It was then matured for 30 months in old French oak puncheons and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This is a deeply flavoured, complex and alluring nebbiolo that combines both charm and power. Best drinking 2023 to 2040.
